A Couple of Tips for Decorative Painters

Here's a couple of tips for decorative painters:

1. You can make evenly-spaced dots using the perforated edges from computer paper. Position the paper strip onto your surface, use a pencil to make a small dot in the center of each circle, remove the strip, and use paint to make the dots. You can also use the strips to mark stitches on sewing projects.

2. Save the metal ends from frozen juice cans and use them to mix small quantities of paint. Wash and reuse or discard them. They can also be painted as ornaments, gift tags and other items.
